Most health tools weren't built for women.
Women test, track and take more than ever. Bloods, scans, supplements, medicines, HRT, training. But a test only tells you where you are today. It can't tell you if the thing you changed is working.
And the numbers you're measured against often weren't made for you. Women weren't required in US medical research until 1993. Women get side effects from medicines nearly twice as often as men, partly because doses were set on men's bodies.1
BioElle puts your data next to what you do. It reads it against ranges for women and against your cycle. Then it shows what moved.
I built BioElle for myself first. My week runs on supplements, training, routine bloodwork and DEXA scans. I'm obsessed with data, and with knowing my own body. I wanted to know what was actually working for me. No app could tell me, so I built one.
Every body is different. Your problems are personal, and so are your answers. But we can still learn from each other.
Women are overworked and overstretched. You shouldn't have to do the maths. BioElle does it in the background and shows you what matters.

Three rules we build by.
- 01
Show what moved, not what might.
Nothing shows until at least 5 readings back it up. Then BioElle says what changed, and how sure it is.
- 02
Built for women first.
Ranges for women, set by age. Everything read against your cycle phase, or your life stage.
- 03
Your data is yours.
We never sell it or train AI on it. Delete your account and all of it is deleted. Our five promises.
Health science and health systems.

Every range and threshold in BioElle traces to a published source. You can read them all on our clinical references page, and how the app reads your data on our methodology page.
